Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assembly or manufacturing
- 1 year of Soldering Experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, precise measurement tools, and testing equipment relevant to assembly tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- WE VALUE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with SAP
- Experience working with microscope or magnify lamp
- Previous experience in an industrial automation or manufacturing setting.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement principles.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
- Perform quality checks and tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
