Your Role
- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final product, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
- Support quality manufacturing goals, productivity, and on-time shipment goals.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge related to assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School degree plus 2 or more years of related experience in assembly. Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
- Capable of reading and interpreting Engineering bill of materials and wiring drawings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and electronic component assembly, wiring preferable.
