Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data, review regulations, and analyze trends relevant to the firm's services.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations that help improve service offerings and internal processes.
• Conduct literature reviews and data validation.
• Assist senior team members with research design.
• Collaborate with accounting professionals to ensure research findings are practical and applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, including data collection, literature review, and basic statistical analysis.
• Ability to interpret accounting and tax regulations and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and document management systems.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and internal documentation.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid work setting.
• Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Interest in accounting, taxation, and business research; prior experience in a research or analytical role is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
