Overview
We're building an Event-Driven Sales & Analyst desk from scratch in Dubai.
Four senior hires.
No legacy structure.
First movers shape how it's built.
The desk sits at the intersection of Asian corporate activity and European institutional capital — event driven, risk arb, special situations and Asian equities, distributed into hedge funds and institutional clients across Europe.
Dubai is the natural bridge.
The time zone works.
The demand is real.
The platform is moving first.
→ Equity Event-Driven Analyst (×1)
We're open to two profiles:
Classic Asian Equity Sales
— deep coverage of Asian equities with established, active relationships with hedge funds and institutional investors across Europe.
Equity Event-Driven And Special Situations
— a track record covering Asian M&A, event driven, risk arb and special situations, distributed into European clients
In both cases, the client relationships are what matter.
You need to be able to launch and help build the desk.
Non-negotiables across both profiles
→ Asia is your core coverage region
→ Your clients sits in Europe
→ Based in Dubai, or genuinely ready to relocate quickly
Asian Equity deal flow and equities demand is accelerating from European allocators.
The distribution infrastructure hasn't caught up.
This desk is being built to fill that gap.
