Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor aseptic filling and packaging machines.
- Ensure proper sterilization of equipment, packaging materials, and product lines.
- Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures.
- Maintain aseptic conditions throughout production processes.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and record production data accurately.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Follow strict hygiene, GMP, and food/pharma safety standards.
- Minimize downtime and ensure efficient line performance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
