Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-fidelity, challenging AI task prompts and scenarios to advance product capabilities, leveraging your domain expertise to inform AI model development.
• Develop and refine comprehensive rubrics to assess AI task and prompt efficacy, ensuring that AI systems are trained on high-quality, real-world data.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to iterate on product features and user flows, driving cross-functional teamwork and data-driven decision making.
• Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement, informing data-driven product development and optimization.
• Refine and iterate on AI task and prompt designs based on user feedback and product performance metrics, ensuring that AI systems are trained on diverse and challenging data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in a specific industry or domain, with ability to design high-fidelity, challenging AI task prompts and scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with user feedback analysis and product usage data, with ability to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to refine and iterate on AI task and prompt designs based on user feedback and product performance metrics.
• Experience with rubric development and assessment, with ability to evaluate AI task and prompt efficacy and inform AI model development.
