Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Product Manager – AI Task & Prompt Design to work on a contractor basis.
In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
With no prior experience in AI required, your domain knowledge is what matters.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models and enable 1 billion people to do meaningful work by applying their expertise to AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity, challenging AI task prompts and scenarios to advance product capabilities, leveraging your domain expertise to inform AI model development.
- Develop and refine comprehensive rubrics to assess AI task and prompt efficacy, ensuring that AI systems are trained on high-quality, real-world data.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to iterate on product features and user flows, driving cross-functional teamwork and data-driven decision making.
- Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify areas for improvement, informing data-driven product development and optimization.
- Refine and iterate on AI task and prompt designs based on user feedback and product performance metrics, ensuring that AI systems are trained on diverse and challenging data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong domain expertise in a specific industry or domain, with ability to design high-fidelity, challenging AI task prompts and scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with user feedback analysis and product usage data, with ability to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to refine and iterate on AI task and prompt designs based on user feedback and product performance metrics.
- Experience with rubric development and assessment, with ability to evaluate AI task and prompt efficacy and inform AI model development.
