Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Ariba / Procurement Software Coordinator** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of **SAP Ariba** and experience handling supplier registration, procurement portals, RFQs, purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation.
The role requires someone organized, computer-literate, and able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Use SAP Ariba for supplier registration, quotation submission, RFQs, and procurement-related tasks.
- Manage purchase requests, quotations, and supplier documents.
- Upload and maintain accurate information in Ariba and other online procurement portals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding bids, orders, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit commercial documents as required.
- Track procurement activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Support the sales and procurement team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience using **SAP Ariba** is required.
- Experience with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain work is preferred.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, email, and online portals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work in person in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred
- Experience in oilfield, industrial, construction, or trading companies.
- Knowledge of supplier registration and tender submission processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
