Area Sales Manager; the description identifies the position as Sales Manager.
Responsible for sales and distributor activity across an assigned region.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain existing distributors and build relationships with key distributors.
- Organize distribution-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Collect and analyze local market information and achieve regional sales targets.
- Plan targeted campaigns to maximize brand awareness and market share.
- Visit end-user customers and sub-distributors in the region to understand customer and market needs.
- Implement end-user pull strategies in key market sectors.
- Conduct product training, sales training, and demo validation trials for distributors and end users.
- Report regularly to senior management on all aspects of the assigned territory.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive engineering, marketing, electronics, computer studies, or another related field.
- At least three years of sales or marketing experience; Arabic speaker required.
- Automotive-related product experience is preferred.
- The candidate should be highly motivated to succeed, grow, and develop.
