Role overview

Brand management and trade marketing

• Activate key initiatives with distributor teams and monitor commercial objectives and KPIs monthly.
• Analyze distributor sell-in, sell-out, and advertising and promotion performance.
• Track sell-out by shop and SKU and set corrective action plans.
• Coordinate trade marketing activations and ensure brand visibility during launches and key consumption periods.
• Coordinate corporate events, masterclasses, and country education plans.

Merchandising, CAPEX, and orders

• Maintain brand image and implement planograms according to brand guidelines.
• Manage assortment and shelf stock availability; follow up on trade animations, permits, drawings, and visual updates.
• Identify strategic CAPEX opportunities with distributor partners.
• Follow up distributor orders, coordinate on-time delivery with logistics, and monitor payments against agreed terms.

Experience and skills

• Strong business acumen and retail focus; proven management experience and ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, training, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, active listening, flexibility, and team collaboration.
• Proven retail management experience, including team leadership and supervision.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Luxury or travel retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and performance through team management.
