At Boutiqaat, we’re looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple retail stores and booths within a designated area. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional who thrives on improving customer experience, optimizing operations, and delivering strong commercial results.

As an Area Manager, you’ll partner closely with store managers and senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, manage resources effectively, and ensure all sales, operational, and financial goals are consistently achieved.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and profitability.
  • Work with operations teams to improve sales of slow-moving items and implement pricing strategies aligned with company guidelines.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear feedback and development plans.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work culture aligned with company values.
  • Identify high-potential talent and build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Support store managers in solving operational challenges and improving performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance customer shopping experience through innovative merchandising.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and retail protocols across all locations.
  • Regularly evaluate store performance and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Manage area-level financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present performance reports covering sales, operations, and financial metrics.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives, projects, or expansions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Act as the key liaison between headquarters and store locations, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company standards for quality, service, and performance.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, including licenses and ministry documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure smooth execution of product launches and alignment between in-store and online activities.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Area Manager.
  • Proven success managing multiple retail locations.
  • Strong experience in sales strategy, financial management, and operational excellence.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or digital retail strategies is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with retail management software, POS systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and drive innovative solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and visual merchandising standards.
