Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans within the industrial gases sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets within the industrial, medical, and specialty gases sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and government entities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial gases, oil & gas, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market is a must.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
