Role overview
Area/District Manager role overseeing daily operations across multiple locations.
The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and maintaining service and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and motivate teams across assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Visit sites regularly to provide guidance, feedback, and training.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and inventory.
- Learn and use the management portal and company system.
- Build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and help implement new initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between locations.
- Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt; able to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Retail, hospitality, or multi-location management experience is preferred.
- Basic budgeting, reporting, and team leadership knowledge is preferred.
