Role overview

Oversee a portfolio of hospitality, sports and leisure sites.

Cover large sites across the North of England and travel between them.

Act as the key link between colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured site visits to ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Build customer relationships through open communication and regular engagement.
  • Coach and support on-site teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage rotas, review hours and maintain budget control.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and training across the area.
  • Review audits, identify improvements and take action.
  • Ensure colleagues have the tools, equipment and resources needed to succeed.
  • Maintain compliance with company processes, policies and standards.

Hours

  • 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, with flexible hours.

Pay and benefits

  • Salary of £38,000 per annum.
