Oversee valet operations across five to six assigned locations.
Lead a hands-on team and maintain consistent service quality, client relationships, and operational performance.

Operations and team management
- Oversee valet operations and lead, supervise, and support Valet Supervisors and Drivers.
- Conduct routine site inspections and ensure smooth operations and proper staff deployment.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and duty rosters across assigned locations.
- Train new staff and support ongoing development of operational teams.
Clients, reporting, and compliance
- Act as the main client contact, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and professional conduct.
- Prepare operational reports and update management on daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and client expectations.
- Assist with onboarding new contracts and operational setup at new sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; hospitality or valet experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills; ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good understanding of customer service principles and client relations.
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to be on-call; strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
Pay
- AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
