About the opportunity
The Area Manager drives sales growth across South East Queensland and develops relationships with window fabricators, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
The territory covers Greater Brisbane and is predominantly field-based, with client visits planned autonomously and work from a home office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the final execution stage of the Breezway sales cycle.
- Represent Breezway to architectural and specification practices and support fabricators through the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate a seamless handover from specification to fabrication and work with internal teams to track project progress.
- Achieve territory sales, margin, and contribution targets.
- Maintain customer service standards and resolve project issues efficiently.
About you
- Bring a strong track record in relationship-based sales or account management and demonstrated success growing sales targets.
- Be organised and manage time effectively; communicate confidently and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Have experience delivering group presentations and an aptitude for technical products in complex project environments.
- Bring a collaborative mindset and experience using CRM systems for lead and project management.
- Experience in windows, glazing, or related building-product industries is highly regarded but not essential.
