Part-time, hybrid Area Manager – Retail role based in Abu Dhabi, with some responsibilities available to be performed from home.

Oversees daily operations across assigned retail locations and supports store performance and customer experience.

Maintain service standards, merchandising quality, and compliance with company policies across retail locations.
Monitor sales performance and store metrics; support teams in reaching revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Coach and mentor store leaders, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and facilitate communication with central management.
Implement promotional activities, resolve operational issues, and improve retail processes and customer experience.

Proven retail operations experience, including multi-site management, merchandising oversight, and knowledge of store procedures and standards.
Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Leadership capabilities including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple stores, initiatives, and deadlines.
Previous area manager, store manager, or similar retail leadership experience is preferred.
A vocational or academic qualification in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
Able to balance on-site Abu Dhabi presence with remote coordination and follow-up.
