Responsibilities

• Oversee stores in the assigned area and achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Develop operating plans and budgets with store managers and Finance; monitor expenses against approved budgets.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve sales.
• Visit stores to check policy compliance and resolve operational issues; monitor competitors and report findings.
• Monitor stock movement, automated replenishment, and ordering limits to support product availability.
• Coordinate promotions, seasonal offers, product displays, space allocation, and leasing procedures for retail spaces.
• Review customer feedback and complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate new store openings and staffing with relevant departments.
• Identify training needs, support employee development, and report to management.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and growth, control costs, and manage operating expenses.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve complaints professionally and improve operational efficiency.
