Role Overview
We are looking for a *dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Area Manager* to handle and develop the *Erode local market*.
The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, generating property leads, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with customers and local property networks.

Requirements
- · 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, field sales or a related industry preferred.
- · Strong knowledge of the *Erode local market* and surrounding areas.
- · Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- · Good local networking and customer-handling ability.
- · Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- · Willing to travel within Erode and nearby areas for customer meetings and site visits.
- · Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- · Tamil communication is mandatory; English knowledge is preferred.
