🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Area Manager
- to oversee the performance of multiple business locations within an assigned area, drive operational excellence, and support organizational growth.
- The ideal candidate will provide leadership to location managers, ensure operational consistency, improve business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial and strategic goals.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area business strategies aligned with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and growth targets
- Oversee the daily performance of multiple branches, stores, facilities, or operational sites within the assigned area
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers, department managers, and site leadership teams to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and compliance
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and support teams to implement business initiatives and improve performance across all locations
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvements, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experiences
- Manage area budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, and business planning activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety guidelines across all assigned locations
- Analyze business performance, market conditions, customer insights, and operational trends to develop strategic recommendations and action plans
- Lead business transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives across the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, vendors, and local stakeholders to strengthen business performance
- Prepare area performance reports, business reviews, forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications in Leadership, Operations Management, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in area management, multi-site operations, business management, retail management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple locations, operational teams, or business units preferred
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, sales performance, customer service, operational excellence, and people leadership principles
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, commercial, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams while driving consistent operational performance and business results
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
