Area General Manager
About This Role
We are supporting a confidential search for a senior hospitality leader to take on a Cluster / Regional General Management role within a luxury resort portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of operations and ownership , with a strong focus on asset performance, value creation, and operator management —rather than purely day-to-day hotel operations.
We are particularly interested in profiles who bring:
• Proven experience managing high-performing luxury resorts with strong GOP and commercial accountability
• Exposure to owner-side thinking / asset management , with the ability to drive performance through operators
• Background in island resort environments such as the Maldives, Seychelles, or Mauritius
• Track record in pre-opening or repositioning of luxury assets
• Ability to operate in high-expectation, performance-driven ownership environments
This is a confidential mandate , and the role offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership on driving portfolio-level performance and long-term asset value .
