As an Area General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, operations, and strategic execution of multiple business functions within a designated area of responsibility.
You will provide leadership and direction to ensure operational excellence, business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
Your role involves developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving initiatives that improve productivity, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with department heads to align operational activities with organizational goals.
You will oversee resource planning, performance management, budgeting support, and business planning activities to ensure efficient utilization of resources and sustainable growth.
In addition, you will analyze business performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen governance practices, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Furthermore, you will oversee the execution of key projects, manage business risks, and support organizational transformation initiatives when required.

Qualifications
- **Strong academic background in business administration, management, finance, economics, engineering, operations management, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, performance management, and organizational leadership principles. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate business performance and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis knowledge. Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with organizational objectives. Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with performance reporting systems, business intelligence tools, and operational excellence frameworks is advantageous. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in decision-making. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
