Job Vacancy: Archives Clerk with Accounting Background
We are currently seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Archives Clerk with a**n accounts background to join our organization in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper records management and providing documentation support to the Accounts Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic company records
- Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents
- Assist in filing invoices, delivery notes, receipts, and SOA
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company records
- Coordinate with Accounts, Administration, and Audit teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Minimum **1–3 years relevant experience** in archiving or clerical work
- **Basic accounting knowledge** and experience with financial documents
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- **Candidates currently in the UAE preferred**
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
