- Develop and maintain detailed
Architectural And Interior Bim Models
- using Revit or other BIM software.
- Prepare
- architectural and interior shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings
- from BIM models.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free models.
- Interpret design drawings, sketches, and specifications to produce accurate BIM models and documentation.
- Generate
- floor plans, sections, elevations, and interior detailing drawings
- from the BIM model.
- Ensure that BIM models comply with
- project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company standards

- Participate in
- model coordination and clash detection
- with other disciplines.
- Update BIM models based on
- design revisions, site instructions, and consultant comments

- construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs
