is urgently hiring an experienced
*Architect Engineer*
to join one of our major projects in
*Jeddah, Saudi Arabia*
.
The candidate must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available for
immediate joining
.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings.
- Supervise architectural site works and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other project disciplines.
- Review material submittals, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, Saudi codes, and authority regulations.
- Prepare technical reports and follow up on site progress.
- Support project coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong experience in design and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of architectural finishing works.
- Experience in commercial, residential, governmental, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi codes and regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
