Architectural Technical (Gypsum & Fit-Out) – Site Based

About This Role

• Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technical professional specialized in Gypsum & Fit-Out works for site-based projects. The candidate must be capable of preparing, reviewing, and modifying architectural and shop drawings, sections, and technical details based on actual site conditions, execution methods, and project requirements — not limited to drafting only. The role includes providing on-site technical guidance, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and the site team, and ensuring all works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilites:

• Review and interpret architectural drawings for site execution
• Prepare and update shop drawings according to site conditions
• Provide technical support to the site team during execution
• Supervise gypsum and fit-out works on-site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Ensure all works are executed as per drawings and specifications
• Resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site
• Monitor progress and report to project management
• Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met

Requirements:

• Preferably Arabic nationality
• 3–4 years of experience in gypsum and fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and drawings
• Good understanding of site execution and coordination
• Ability to handle technical issues on-site
• Ready to join immediately

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
