Al Mehwar Al Mamari Engineering Consultancy is expanding its office and is seeking a results-driven architectural leader to develop and grow our business in the Kingdom.
This is a senior, market-facing role for someone who combines architectural credibility with strong commercial instinct and an established network among Saudi developers, real estate companies, and government entities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, real estate companies, and major government and semi-government entities across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities, with a focus on high-value and distinctive projects.
- Represent the firm professionally in the Saudi market as its commercial face.
- Lead the growth and development of the firm's architectural business and high-value project portfolio.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic expansion within the Kingdom.
Skills
- Architectural background with strong leadership presence and a high professional profile
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and the real estate development sector
- Proven business development, client acquisition, and opportunity-generation ability
- Strong architectural and managerial experience
- Familiarity with Saudi codes and regulations (Saudi Building Code – SBC; municipal/Baladi permitting)
- Established network within Saudi developers, government entities, and giga-/PIF-related projects
- Fluent in Arabic; English preferred
