Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience across all phases of architecture and engineering, including significant involvement in project planning, design, and delivery. Professional licensure is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program required.
  • Must be willing to relocate to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Residency near a Novus office location is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other Novus office locations as needed for project and organizational requirements, generally on a quarterly basis.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, including design, production, and workflow processes, is required.
  • Experience with K-12 educational projects is preferred.
  • Experience working on FEMA-funded projects is a plus.
  • Experience with additional federal government project types and/or related design and compliance processes is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Self-motivated professional with a high level of initiative, accountability, and energy.
