- Conduct thorough on site inspections of buildings and construction projects to verify compliance with Saudi Building Code and architectural specifications
- Analyze architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation to assess adherence to approved designs and standards
- Evaluate building materials, construction methodologies, and structural integrity to ensure quality and safety standards
- Document inspection findings, observations, and non conformances in detailed reports using standardized formats
- Identify code violations, safety hazards, and areas of non compliance, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Verify that construction practices align with approved permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to address inspection findings and facilitate corrective actions
- Maintain organized records of all inspections, reports, and correspondence for regulatory and project documentation
- Stay current with updates to Saudi Arabian building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide professional recommendations for remediation and improvements based on inspection assessments
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Proven experience as an Architectural Inspector or similar inspection role in construction and consultancy industry
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local construction standards and regulations
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and structural integrity assessment
- Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and data organization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with CAD software and digital inspection tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building materials, and construction methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Saudi National
