We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Inspector to join our Architectural Supervision Team in the UAE.
This role is based in Dubai and involves working on high-profile construction projects, ensuring architectural works are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on progress, workmanship, and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Knowledge of interior design is a plus.
