Role
UNINNCO is seeking an Architect Engineer for high-rise and tower construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout project phases.
- Ensure high-end finishes meet project specifications and design intent.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress for design and quality compliance.
- Resolve architectural and interior design-related technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural works on residential and commercial building projects.
