Responsible for creating and developing architectural and design concepts from the initial idea stage up to the final executive working drawings.
The role involves transforming clients' visions and project requirements into innovative, functional, and constructible architectural designs, while ensuring strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and approved technical standards.
Skills
Engineering Drafting & Modeling: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
3D Modeling & Visualization: High-level skills in 3ds Max, Rhino, or SketchUp.
Rendering Engines: Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
