Architectural Engineer – Landscape

Requirements

• Supervise and monitor the execution of hardscape, interlock, irrigation, softscape, planting, and landscaping works.
• Review and verify landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure all landscape works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of executed works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to landscape works.
• Review materials and ensure they comply with approved specifications.
• Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination between landscape, irrigation, civil, and other related works.
• Follow up on interlock, paving, irrigation systems, planting, and other landscape activities throughout the project.
