Artas Real Estate is looking for an Architect to join our team

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in managing and executing real estate projects and be able to follow projects from planning through to completion

:Responsibilities

Supervise project execution and monitor construction activities on site.

Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor work quality and project progress according to approved schedules.

Prepare technical and periodic reports for management.

Review shop drawings and quantity take-offs.

Monitor project costs and budgets and ensure compliance with approved project budgets.

Follow up on contractor invoices and monitor costs during project execution.

Have a good understanding of structural works, finishing works, and project management.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow up with site teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design software, and other related engineering programs.

:Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate project management and execution.

Practical experience with contracting companies or real estate developers.

Ability to read and review construction and technical drawings.

Ability to prepare technical reports and cost studies.

Good planning, organizational, and project management skills.
