Architectural Engineer

POE Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer with a proven track record in regulatory authority submissions and master developer coordination within the Dubai market to join our Design Department.

• Regulatory & Approvals Authorities

  • Specifically - Dubai Municipality (DM) Dubai Development Authority (DDA) Trakhees
  • Master Developers

• Nakheel Emaar Service Authorities

  • Dubai Holding and similar entities
  • Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment in Dubai.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with government entities.

Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
