Architectural Drafter
Hepta Studio is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is passionate about architecture, technical documentation, and delivering high-quality design drawings.
As an Architectural Drafter, you will work closely with our architects and interior designers to transform design concepts into accurate technical documentation for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Develop and update drawings throughout all project phases based on design revisions and team feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across project deliverables.
- Produce technical drawings that align with design intent, local regulations, and construction requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing sets and adhere to office CAD/BIM standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation for tender submissions, authority approvals, and construction.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit (BIM) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and technical drafting standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and commonly used materials.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
