  • Participer aux activités d’innovation, d’avant-vente et de développement des offres IA de Sopra Steria Canada.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des pratiques MLOps et AI Ops.
  • Define architectures leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, intelligent assistants, and automation.
  • Design solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and cloud AI platforms.
  • Establish AI governance, architecture standards, and Responsible AI practices.
  • Support innovation, pre-sales, and AI solution development initiatives.
  • Guide teams in adopting MLOps and AI Ops practices.

  • Agir comme conseiller stratégique auprès des clients et des dirigeants.

Required Qualifications

  • Français
  • Minimum de 12 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information.
  • Minimum de 5 ans en architecture de solutions, architecture d’entreprise ou leadership technique.
  • Expérience démontrée dans des programmes de transformation numérique complexes.
  • Solide expertise des plateformes Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
  • Expérience en intégration d’entreprise et architectures distribuées.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • English
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with enterprise integration and distributed architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
