Role Description

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and strong integration of these tools into the design workflow.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and quality-focused execution.
- Ability to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems, ensuring coherent and buildable solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Strong technical drawing skills, understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and adapt to project needs.
