Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and qualified Architect with
1–3 years of experience for a 3-month, project-based role,
focusing on high-quality design development and production.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient and professional in
Revit
.
This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public infrastructure.
- Meeting clients and carrying out presentations.
- Writing concept narratives and diagrams.
- Engage with clients to gather project requirements and expectations, providing insights
- and recommendations throughout the project.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs
- accurately. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety
- standards. Conduct occasional site inspections to monitor compliance during construction.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project proposals, design specifications, contracts, and modifications.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and apply this knowledge to enhance design processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project
- management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other
- presentation softwares.
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- good knowledge of projects execution.
- Team player.
- Multi-tasker.
- Fluent in English
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects reflecting design capabilities.
Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional site visits.
- May require flexible working hours and travel for project needs.
