Role overview
Develop architectural and interior design solutions and support project implementation in line with client requirements, approved specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Main objective is to deliver creative, technically accurate, cost-effective, construction-ready designs with effective coordination across design and execution teams.
Design development and documentation
- Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
- Develop detailed drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and structural drawings to avoid technical conflicts.
Coordination and delivery
- Attend design meetings, address comments, and obtain necessary approvals with clients and consultants.
- Support project engineers and site teams in executing approved designs.
- Coordinate finishing materials, samples, specifications, and supplier submissions.
- Manage design revisions, client requests, and technical changes throughout project execution.
Compliance and project controls
- Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
- Maintain updated drawings, design approvals, material schedules, and as-built documentation.
- Meet project deadlines and keep design deliverables aligned with approved budgets.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes, joinery, materials, and construction detailing.
Software and capabilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and relevant rendering software.
- Strong technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Pay
- AED 5,000–AED 12,000 per month.
