Architect

• Lead projects from concept to construction.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawing packages; coordinate with consultants, engineers, and the delivery team.
• Manage authority submissions and approvals, and present client designs as buildable solutions.

Architect Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture and relevant UAE experience.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills; SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of local regulations and approval processes; creative and technically grounded approach.

Interior Designer

• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E selections; produce drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations.
• Work with clients through final styling and coordinate with site teams to deliver design intent.

Interior Designer Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design and relevant experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar, and the Adobe Suite.
• Strong eye for materials, detailing, and craftsmanship; portfolio demonstrating style and attention to detail.

Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payables, and receivables; track project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, handle UAE VAT compliance, and liaise with auditors and banks.

Accountant Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and relevant UAE experience; construction, contracting, or design experience is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards; hands-on accounting software experience such as Zoho, Tally, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
