- 2D/3D Layouts, mood boards, and design presentations
- Develop
- conceptual and detailed design drawings
- Revise designs based on client and management feedback
- Support Design finalization in coordination with senior Design team
Technical & Shop Drawings
- Produce
- working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Ensure a
- ccuracy in dimensions, materials, and specifications
- Maintain drawing registers and version control
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with
- project Engineers, Estimation, Procurement, and site Teams
- Support site team with
- design clarifications and execution guidance
- Participate in design review and coordination meetings
Documentation & Control
- Maintain d
- rawing logs, revision records, and approval trackers
- Ensure timely submission and approval of drawings
- Follow company standards for documentation and filing
Material & Finishes Selection
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and preparing mood boards
- Coordinate with procurement for availability and costing
Quality & Value Engineering
- Ensure compliance with
- client requirements and regulatory standards
- Propose
- cost-effective design solutions and improvements
- Review site execution and suggest corrective actions
