Role summary
Lead the design function for commercial fit-out projects from concept development through project handover.
Work with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and buildable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and present design proposals.
- Develop space plans and select FF&E.
- Support tendering and produce technical documentation.
- Maintain design intent throughout project execution and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 5–8 years of commercial interior fit-out experience, including GCC experience; Qatar experience is preferred.
- Proven portfolio of office, retail, hospitality, or similar fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and technical documentation.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Tools
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and related visualisation tools.
