The practice delivers solutions for mixed-use developments, residential and high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, healthcare, education, leisure, and retail environments.
The team also provides comprehensive interior design services for residential, commercial, corporate, healthcare, and retail projects.
CLA ARCHITECTS manages end-to-end project planning, site coordination, and client and consultant collaboration, while also supporting key project approvals such as environmental clearances, planning permissions, and fire approvals.
The firm focuses on integrated, functional, and aesthetically driven designs that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Goregaon.
The Architect will participate in concept development, schematic design, and detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and interior projects.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams; preparing and reviewing design documentation; and supporting master planning, infrastructure planning, and interior layouts.
The role involves regular site visits for design implementation, quality checks, and resolution of on-site issues in collaboration with contractors and project managers.
The Architect will also assist in preparing submission drawings, documentation for approvals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordination of timelines, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or working toward licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret building codes, local regulations, and approval processes, including environmental and fire clearances.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, and an interest in interiors and master planning, is highly beneficial.
