- Develop detailed construction drawings ensuring compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate architectural shop drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to eliminate clashes before execution.
- Review IFC drawings and prepare necessary revisions based on site conditions and consultant comments.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of architectural works.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and architectural samples for compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
