Fatmeen Consultancy is an architectural and engineering boutique consultancy based in Dubai, delivering end-to-end design and engineering solutions for a wide range of projects.
The company provides feasibility studies, master planning, architectural design, structural design, MEP, and landscaping services, among others.
Role Description
This is a full-time Architect role based in Dubai.
The Architect will be responsible for developing concept, schematic, and detailed designs, preparing drawings for diverse projects.
Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with structural, MEP and ID, ensuring design integration and compliance with local regulations and codes.
The role involves preparing and reviewing architectural plans and specifications, participating in client and consultant meetings, and incorporating feedback into design revisions.
The Architect will also support project management activities such as tracking design deliverables, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- BIM and CAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Dubai and UAE.
