Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, based in Dubai. The Architect will design and oversee the development of architectural projects, including landscaping, water features, and irrigation systems. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, coordinating with various teams for seamless integration of elements, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. The role also involves managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and creating sustainable and innovative designs
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and technologies
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, and water feature design is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required
• Practical experience in architecture, landscaping, or related fields preferred
