Job Opening: Architect (Fit-Out Experience Required)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with strong fit-out project experience to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements
- Minimum experience in architectural fit-out projects
- Ability to work under pressure and manage up to 5 projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of:
- 3D modeling and rendering
- BOQ preparation
- MEP systems coordination
- QCD documentation and submissions
- Shop drawings and as-built drawings preparation
- Must be willing to conduct site visits
- Good coordination and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple fit-out projects from design to execution
- Prepare and review technical drawings and project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams
- Ensure project submissions comply with QCD requirements
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
