Candidate must have experience working in Engineering Consultancy within UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between design teams and government authorities (e.g., ADM, DOT, ADDC, Civil Defense).
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
- Prepare and submit permit/NOC documentation via MEPS & TAMM systems.
- Lead authority coordination meetings, resolve compliance issues, and drive timely approvals.
- Candidate must have experience working for high rise, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to align architectural work with authority standards.
- Ability to work for multiple projects and handle the pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficient in Architectural software- AutoCAD, 3Ds Max
- Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations and approval processes
- Prior experience in highrise, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
