Job Description

As an Site Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bringing architectural visions to life by overseeing construction projects from design implementation through completion. You will serve as the bridge between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision and Quality Control: Oversee the construction site to ensure the architectural design is implemented correctly according to plans, monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship to comply with design specifications and standards.

Coordination and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues, making adjustments to plans as necessary.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project expenditures, timelines, and progress; prepare reports to clients and stakeholders; and maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and change orders to ensure construction remains within budget and schedule.

Client Liaison: Interact with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.
